CENCAL Demolition was sub contracted to demolish the existing sidewalk and entry stair way to main entrance. CENCAL mobilized on a
Saturday morning to complete work during a busy holiday weekend. During the demolition CENCAL encountered an unforeseen conditions: existing
reflecting pools, original stairway and foundation built in 1949. This tripled the amount of work originally requested. CENCAL immediately notified the
contracting officer and orchestrated additional equipment to complete the project on time, before the holiday weekend ended.
