CENCAL Demolition was subcontracted to perform selective demolition and LEED recycling for an expansion of the existing facility. This project required CENCAL to shore the existing 3 story building to allow us to demo the existing outside structural CMU wall andfooting to allow for the expansion. CENCAL handled all the C&D, by all trades, during the 20 month project. Over 750 tons were recycled for a divergence of
98%.
