CENCAL Demolition was sub-contracted was given an aggressive schedule to perform interior demolition for improving an existing
Starbucks facility.
On a Friday at 7 pm the store closed. CENCAL mobilized with debris bins and crews to start a complete gut out off all the interior:
ceilings, cabinetry, fixtures, restrooms and all flooring to clean concrete. Tihs facility was 2500 sq ft in space. The project also included concrete
sawing and demolition of new trenches for new plumbing and electrical. By 11 pm that same evening, CENCAL crews were sweeping the parking lot to the complete amazement of the general contractor.
