CENCAL Demolition was sub-contracted to perform selective demolition for 6 existing, two story cottages, in the Sierra Nevada mountains - Big Creek, California.
Due to a very fast paced schedule, CENCAL were allowed only 1.5 days per site to completely remove all interior and exterior finishes to clean studs. This included all roofs, flooring, conduits, plumbing, exterior shrubs, trees, stairs and sidewalks. 75% of all the roof truss framing was also removed for new additions. CENCAL completed its scope and unforeseen change orders in 8 days; one day ahead of schedule.
