CENCAL Demolition was sub-contracted to demolish an existing 25 unit apartment complex that was damaged by Arson. CENCAL salvaged the existing slab and footing for reuse by the general contractor. CENCAL worked in unison with the abatement contractor to remove all hazardous material.
